4 YEARS ON

It had been 4 years since Grenfell burned down, and still no one had been held accountable. My creative partner grew up there, so we wanted to remind everyone of the injustices his community had faced – but we wanted to do it objectively. So with no agency, no budget and a lot of begging, we gained access to ITV’s archives, and went through 4 years of news reports to compile the undeniable truths behind the tragedy. We created a 72 second film for the 72+ lives lost, and worked with local photographer Beresford Hodge to put the stories to pictures, gathering the signatures needed to get a fair inquiry.
