FIGHTING CANCER BY GETTING GP’S TO LOOK A LITTLE DEEPER
Outside work, we got to help a small charity with a big problem. Each year, thousands of non-smokers die of lung cancer because GPs ignore the symptoms, assuming they could never get it. We needed to dispel that myth, but also make some noise, and the client had no cash. So, with a large dollop of ‘sod it’, and everyone saying he wouldn’t do it for free, we went after the one person we knew could do it justice. And thankfully, Rankin said yes.
